Participants who will take part in business matching are required to register first. Click here to register as a visitor to IDEC 2023. Please complete the required information fields then you will be able to access the business matching platform.

On the main page you can see several product categories according to the each exhibitors' line of business. Please choose one of the category you are interested in, then enter to see the list of companies in that category.

On the company list page, you will be shown a gallery of companies from the category that you selected earlier. You can filter your selection by name, in alphabetical order, or even change to a different category.

After choosing the company you are interested in, the company profile page will inform you details of products they can offer. You can do some preliminary research to get to know more through their website, before you make a request for a 1 on 1 business meeting.

If your requested schedule is available, we will send you a confirmation email, with a guide regarding your request for meeting which you have previously requested. Our team will assist you for meeting at the venue.

All business matching will be on a one-on-one basis, each meeting will run for 45 minutes, starting at 10.00 to 17.00 pm (GMT+7) every day during IDEC 2023.
